ABOUT US

In 2002, we created Laser Norte with the aim of providing specific and custom-made parts to companies in the industrial sector. In a short time, the company grew: we went from 2 to 22 employees and optimized processes with the incorporation of more modern machinery (such as the AMADA ENSIS 3015AJ 9 KW or a 16m high warehouse). This allowed us to streamline manufacturing, provide better and faster service, and open our borders to new sectors: aeronautics, naval, renewable energies, etc.

Each year, we allocate at least 1% of our turnover to R&D+i work. In this way, we improve processes, design both new tooling for special bends and prototypes and templates for laser cutting of pre-machined parts, etc. Additionally, we also invest in small machinery to facilitate the work of our staff.

Investment in machinery guarantees compliance with deadlines, one of the quality requirements we care for the most. Additionally, in each job, we comply with the requirements of the EN 9100:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. This has allowed us to transfer the quality required by demanding sectors such as aerospace and automotive to all our work.

For us and our clients, traceability control is very important, which is why we have a quality department that works to ensure that all material entering Laser Norte is properly identified and has its quality certificate.

On the other hand, to centralize the service and guarantee comfort and delivery times, we offer solutions including surface treatments or outsourced processes.
