As we have seen so far, both laser cutting and industrial bending are critical industrial processes for the development of all types of products. From structural parts of cars or planes to medical equipment, capital goods, or everyday products.
That is why it is of vital importance to be able to identify the origin along the supply chain of a product in case the final result is unsatisfactory. Especially when dealing with products where safety, quality, and reliability are paramount.
At Laser Norte, we bet on innovation and the most advanced technologies to guarantee our quality commitments, and that is why we are especially proud of our traceability control: it not only allows us to control compliance with delivery deadlines to our customers (something especially complex when it comes to laser cutting of short series) but also allows us to achieve the highest qualitative standards in our products, typical of the aeronautical industry (ISO 9001).

Subsequently, our Technical Office, made up of professionals with the highest qualifications, will be in charge of assigning them to each of our projects based on production needs. Finally, each material is located in our fully automated warehouse, waiting to be taken to each of the cutting and bending machines.
And it is precisely our intelligent Remmert warehouse that is key to achieving our level of excellence: not only has it allowed us to double our capacity, but it also gives us the possibility to streamline our production work and significantly shorten our delivery times while minimizing the possibilities of human error in managing the different materials.
The great height of the facilities and excellent space optimization make our center the tallest intelligent warehouse that the Remmert company has created to date.

In them, we maintain our stock of carbon steel with thicknesses from 0.5 to 25 mm and in S275JR quality or higher, between 3 and 25 mm. Additionally, in stainless steels, we mainly work with AISI 304, 316, and 310 qualities. Likewise, for those clients with whom we work in continuous production, we have a specific warehouse assigned.
To this, we must add our advanced Lantek ERP software that allows us to know at all times each piece of material, the machine on which it has been operated, the quality controls applied at each moment, and the dimensional records of the same, as well as all the delivery notes and invoices issued to our customers related to each final product.

This not only results in significant optimization in stock management (fundamental when offering more competitive prices and the most suitable products for the needs and objectives of our customers) but also in the possibility of detecting the smallest production error and solving it before it becomes a problem for them or for their end customers.
Additionally, as we are able to track the origin of the parts from each of our suppliers, we can adjust the most suitable material for each project and ensure the highest quality standards for each of our jobs.

In summary, a sum of the most advanced machines, a highly qualified human team, and the most cutting-edge technical tools so that safety and quality are the only way we can work.
